Just last April, Lenovo announced a computer for the Olympics--a classy red topped laptop with the Olympic logo on the bottom and a curly-cubed design that spreads length-wise across the computer. It's part of the "Cloud of Promise" theme.
Today, the Wall Street Journal writes of the IdeaPad (used to be IBM's ThinkPad) U110, which is not only different from the usual conservative laptops in color (it's red), but also has an air bag (the ThinkPad had one also) that inflates when it falls to the ground.
No need for passwords to get into the system on this computer as it will recognize your face when you look at it.
It costs a bit more than an Acer of the same specs, but--hey, look at all the cool extras you get.
